1. Who we are

These terms apply to the software service DWS Lead Platform ("the Service") supplied by Digital Web Services LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under Company Number 17346309, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. 2. The Service

The Service is web-based software for managing and following up on business leads, supplied on a subscription basis. We do not provide advertising management, financial advice or any guarantee of business results.

3. Account

You must provide accurate details and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown on the Pricing page and include VAT.
• Subscriptions are paid monthly in advance. Payments are processed by our payment service provider.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days notice by email. Changes apply from your next billing period.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time. Details, including your 14 day right to cancel, are set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to send spam, or to process personal data without a lawful basis.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be announced where possible.

8. Your data

You own the data you add to the Service. We process it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can export or request deletion of your data at any time.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses or loss of profit.

10. Termination

We may suspend or end your account if you seriously breach these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers keep any mandatory rights under the law of their country of residence.
