Cancellation and Refund Policy

14 day right to cancel

After your first payment you may cancel within 14 days for a full refund, no reason needed. Email digitalwebservicesltd@gmail.com with your account email address.

Cancelling later

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time by emailing digitalwebservicesltd@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month and you will not be charged again. Payments already made for a started month are not refunded, except as required by law.

Refunds

Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method within 14 days. If the Service is unavailable for a significant period because of a fault on our side, we will offer a proportional refund or credit.
